Camp is in the playoffs for season 33 and we have a couple confirmed openings for season 34.

This is great world filled with a rich history of 33 seasons.  This is one of the original worlds and simulates within minutes of the hour. You can almost set your clock to it!

We have 2 simple rules:
(1)  50/120 MWR
(2)  Keep your minors in good shape. No fatigued pitchers, half-filled rosters, etc.

We have some great teams available, reserve your team now.

Durham and Eggs (AL south)  www.whatifsports.com/HBD/Pages/Popups/FranchiseProfile.aspx

After years of rebuilding, this team had broken through with a 96 win division title 2 years.  They took a step backward this year but mainly because the owner was on an extended vacation and left his team unattended for a long time.   They majority of that playoff team is still intact.

At the major league level, there is some impressive talent.  The top 4 players all 28 years or younger:
-  Ned Kingland www.whatifsports.com/HBD/Pages/Popups/PlayerProfile.aspx  The Ace of the bullpen, All-star and only 28 years old.
- Juan Quixote  www.whatifsports.com/HBD/Pages/Popups/PlayerProfile.aspx  Young 23 year older who can play multiple position, .900 OPS
- Lorenzo Rosado www.whatifsports.com/HBD/Pages/Popups/PlayerProfile.aspx  Another young 28 year old pitcher
- Douglas Fairbush www.whatifsports.com/HBD/Pages/Popups/PlayerProfile.aspx  Good defensive CF with decent bat, 28 years old

And there is some major talent coming in the minors:
-  Jose Mercedes www.whatifsports.com/HBD/Pages/Popups/PlayerProfile.aspx  One of the top IFAs, a 77 OVR starting pitcher with only 1 year of development. Likely will approach 85-90 when at his prime.
- Giovanni Stairs www.whatifsports.com/HBD/Pages/Popups/PlayerProfile.aspx  A really strong CF sitting in HighA, ML ready but with another 2 years of development

This is a good team looking for a good new owner

This is a team on the rise as it starting to benefit from the draft picks that came with 50 and 60 game win seasons.  The last season they improved to 82-80 and the future looks bright.

This core includes:

- Jimmy Mann www.whatifsports.com/HBD/Pages/Popups/PlayerProfile.aspx  A strong young starting pitcher with sub 3.50 ERA.
- Greg Glover www.whatifsports.com/HBD/Pages/Popups/PlayerProfile.aspx   A young RF in AA but who is ML ready.  #14 overall pick
- Ramiro Cruz www.whatifsports.com/HBD/Pages/Popups/PlayerProfile.aspx  Another ML ready player stuck in the minors. Projects to be an 82 OVR and is tearing up the minor leagues.
- Luis Pena  www.whatifsports.com/HBD/Pages/Popups/PlayerProfile.aspx   A steal late in the first round, could become a big bat at the major leagues.

Good solid core that's joined up in the last 3-7 seasons plus a large chunk that's been in the league 10+ seasons. Come see why we're still trucking after 33 seasons. WIth the right moves, any of the above 2 teams, plus whatever else may come available should easy to rack up the wins and possible playoff berths.
