Only slightly. First thing is setting the roster. I'm only going to use 7-8 pitchers. Depending on their quality and dur/stm combos, I'll carry 8-9. Usually 8 for a 5 game series. That gives me 16-17 position players. I'll add a d-spec(guy that is an upgrade anywhere but SS), a power/platoon guy that would never get more than a handful of AB on my BL team(think 20 contract, 88 power and 57/41 splits. All the better if he has a good eye). And a pinch runner-type if I'm weak on the basepaths(won my first WS with a PR-type scoring the winner in game 7). I run a three man rotation if at all possible and it almost always is for a 5 game set. I take of "rest if winning/losing" because they can rest in the off-season. Sometimes I mess with the PC, sometimes I don't. But I always move the pull ratings up 1. I'm very specific about d-replacements(not much different than reg season) and pinch-hitting(much different as I just use recs during the reg). Lastly, I "scout" my opponent. If he's using a ****** catcher, I up my basestealing settings. If he's using a good D catcher, I lower them. If he's got both, I don't screw with it. I also try to determine if his RH/LH heavy, at the plate or on the mound, when I set my roster.
