I don't know anything about the specific environment, but with those terms you'd be safe doing that at Citizen's Bank Park, so I'm thinking you'll be ok at Michigan.

My friends went to the Big House for a Gopher game a few years ago, and they had no problem in full Gopher attire. They said parking was a biatch though.

My girlfriend's place is like a block from the stadium.  Parking won't be an issue.
