Prosecution's own witnesses are obliterating their case one by one.

Will it even matter? Or will the jurors vote guilty anyway just to keep their city from burning?

What if he is convicted of illegally having the gun and manslaughter of some type in the second shooting and felony shooting of the third guy who was wearing a paramedic hat and had his hands up and was with his girlfriend?

Would that upset you?

It will be interesting to see IF the left even comments post verdict and do they express regret or anger when the young man is found innocent by self-defense.

There were 3 separate shootings.
I can see self defense on the killing and maybe the second but probably not but definitely not on the third.

Doug - what’s your view on the third shooting.That’s a serious thing too.

That's what he said on the stand.

That would be good testimony for Rittenhouse.
It was my understanding that when the guy was shot the gun was lowered and he had his hands up so the threat had changed.
I think he gets off on the killings but not the third.

The case could be over on Wednesday or Thursday so there could be a verdict this week or early next week.

Yeah, this is correct.

I have watched almost every minute of the trial. It’s almost like the assistant DA is trying to throw the thing. Every witness he has called has pretty much said that it was self-defense including the guy that Kyle shot. It was funny. As soon as Grosskruetz said that, one of the prosecuting attorneys put his hand over his face and started to shake his head.

The DA should be charged with prosecutorial malfeasance. This was clearly politically motivated.

You know you have lost, when you’re trying to discredit you’re own witnesses.

If he shot the third when the gun was pointed at him then I agree with you.
