last 3 sessions i've gone 15-3 to get back to an even .500

we had one of the best overall records last week...wouldn't be surprised if we had the worst one this week.

5-1 on 12/17am cycle...pretty sure that's my first 5-1 or better this round!

I just checked, and in 5 out of the 6 leagues that I'm in, my division has the wildcard team (the sixth division, it's one game out)... So I decided to measure who's in the toughest divisions, overall... based on division record.

My Joss is the worse, yet my team is still over .500.  WTF?

Okay, if you had told me before this started that my 90m team would be the first in the entire field to 40 wins, I'd have called you crazy.  The team I was least confident in is doing the best, keeping my fingers crossed they keep it up.

I have a Joss that would rank near the bottom of the list! It's my $90 million Joss. Oy.

Based on games through Dec 20th a.m. (64 games), here is a chart that compares the Actual Wins to the Expected Wins.  Note that teams that use 200K mopup guys will typically have a artificially low Exp Win%.  And similarly, if your team has played a lot of games against 200K pitchers, your Exp Win% will be artifically high.  Note because of these blowouts, the expoected wins does not equal actual wins...  Despite all of this, I thought it would be interesting nonetheless...

I am just a couple of games away from having all six of my teams with the exact same (slighty-above .500) record.  Wouldn't it be cool if all six of my teams ended up 85-77 for a combined 48 games over .500 and none of the teams made the playoffs?  I'd be ranked around 3rd overall, going into the playoffs... then drop to about 12th after the playoffs ended.  (See ff09 from round 1).

To complement my 2nd unluckiest pythag as noted above, 35% of my losses have been of the one-run variety.  Better than every third loss I take is by one run.

I'm somehow below my pythag in Top Dollar despite a mopup guy that's given up 97 completely meaningless runs. Leading the league in runs scored, have an otherwise okayish pitching staff, and I'm 30-38.
