ouch... i finally picked a team for my 90mil league and it turns out they only get 2 FAs, not 3. so i'm going to go with the backup plan.

In the 80M Clone Me theme, the description says about the cloned hitter "each having at least 500+ PA/162".  And in my league's description it says "each having 500+ real-life PA/162."  My question is, can I use a strike year for one of my cloned players as long as his PA/162 shows at least 500 PA/162?

Yes, you can use strike years.  Not sure why I used the term "real-life" since I also used the term "per/162".  Everything is per 162.

In the 90mil league, what if the stadium they played in isn't available?

Then pick the team's stadium closest to that season that is available.

I usually have a hard time finding a team that I think will work well in some of these themes.  That being said, I've found two that "on paper" look like they would be VERY good for the $100M Theme.  Wish I could enter both of 'em because I just know that the one I pick will bomb and then I'll be kicking myself for not going with the other...

Only 3 of my 18 division mates are in the top 20.  Yeehaw!
