I'll take the Phillies, 1971-1973 if that is a legal team.  The Phillies 1973-1975 were used last time, but your rules state that one year of overlap is allowed.  I'm not sure if that means one year of overlap with a blacklisted team or one year of overlap with another team being used this time.  If the 1973 Phillies are totally out now, I'll take the 1970-1972 Phillies.

I did say there could be one year of overlap, so 71-73 Phils is fine.

Yes, that was my mistake for copying and pasting the same league intro from last time.  I did lower the cap - there was a number of comments in the first league forums that owners preferred a 90 mil cap, so I brought it down.  Sorry for the confusion.  I've edited the league description.  So far all the teams in have entered with the 90 cap, so I'm going to stick with it.
