Very likely. I typically run a guy like that at 80-90 pitches. There may be other things that factor into performance, but based on those two ratings, 170 IP is definitely reachable.

I'd even runner his pitch count higher than drummer, which should get you more innings out of him if he has good control. Remember bad control means more pitches per batter thereby limiting his innings in most cases.

Depends on how good he is at getting people out. A sub 3.50 ERA guy with those ratings could reach 200+ IP if the GM maximizes his IP. However, the 4.50 ERA guy will likely only pitch 170 IP.

Sorry. I flipped durability and stamina meanings. For a starter, I go about 1.5 times what the stamina is and set a pitch count. So for 46, that translates to 69. the 65 durability will help him recover quicker between starts. I would go 60-70 or 65-75 pitches. Play with it as the season goes to see if he recovers in order to keep a 5-man rotation on schedule. grissom and tlowster make good points. As I said originally, other ratings will determine how effective he is.

He’s been over 200 innings before (I just FA’ed him) but was used in a flexy manner, getting starts and relief appearances.
