I inadvertantly omitted Oakland City when I was typing the list. I've corrected it, placing them at #5.

My apologies to the entire Mighty Oaks Nation, many of whom are obsessed with this list.  Apparently, they have a lot of time on their hands at the Indiana State Penitentary in Michigan City, IN.
