BMill deserves props; he had both Johnson & Wales and Saint Mary's (MD) until this year. Are you planning to rerun this formula every year? It be interesting to see risers/fallers...

Yes, I intend to update the list after this season's tourney. See the Iba thread for an example; I updated them today

my W Conn team has gotten screwed with bad SOS in the 300 the past two seasons desite having 20+ wins and missed the NT, so this season we over-scheduled non-con and are 8-7 with a top ten SOS - W Conn St would have likely been a top 5 up til about 2 seasons ago, hopefully this season we start moving back up, hopefully...

I'm hoping to make the list in 2 seasons. I got screwed out of a PT bid 3 years ago, or I might make it this season.

Yes, you set the groundwork for their National Championship. Good job!
If my Delaware Valley team can hang on, we'll be included in the next update.

You're absolutely right! I never could keep my saints straight. I've corrected the list.

Well, I am the coach at Marietta. Can't possibly hope to live up to the expectations and win another national title but anything can happen. I know allblack is in the Iba forum and I really like what they do with all the activity. What does everyone think about having a pre-season tournament. This year we would just have to do it with four teams in the exibition schedule but after that we could do the 8 team format the way they do it in IBA. Plus a good way to keep the top teams SOS high. What does everyone think?

Sounds like a good plan...it does take some work and organization, however
5/27/2006 11:06 PM
Yeah I knew it would have to. Does oldave just sitemail everyone and tell them what weeks to meet up and such. I figur the easiest way to do it is to right now start based off the list. Does that sound like the way to do it?
