Doug Melvin isn't too happy with Ryan Braun after Braun threw the team's pitchers under the bus after the Cub series. Melvin offered Braunie a badge and said he could serve as the deputy GM.

Brewers outrighted 1B Joe Koshansky today, freeing up a spot on the 40-man roster... presumably to add a pitcher who is not currently on the 40-man to make a start this week.

Manny Parra has been removed from the list of probable starters for Nashville, which probably means he will be back with the big league club this week... they would not need to free a spot on the 40-man for Parra, however.

I like that Parra's coming back. I guess you have to give Burns another start...there's no other option. Bleh.

Nice game! I'm now 2-3. My quest for .500 continues tomorrow, on the shaky shoulders of Manny Parra.

The last game I attended was called the worst outing of the season for the Brewers by Macha. This game is being called the biggest win of the year on post game shows.
