Selecting a bit early... If eman_wi comes in before 5:30 and takes my year, I'll repick.

The 1924/64 White Dodger Sox add 1941 to the mix.

Unfortunately, Brooklyn's pitching ace Whitt Wyatt just isn't good enough to make the cut at SP (I've already got Vance, Koufax, Drysdale & Horlen). But we do add some better options at OF and could upgrade the bat at shortstop.

The funny thing is... when I originally selected the Dodgers as my 1st round pick, I selected them with 1941 in mind (very good 300+ IP pitcher, 4 very good hitters at 1b, of, of, of). But when I came up with the 1964/1924 idea, I quickly realized that I didn't really need what 1941 was offering...

You get a sense of the kind of trouble my $120M team is in when you reflect that its pitching is likely to be worse than my $100M Mets/Cards team here, and I don't mean just relative to the league...
