Damn, that sucks for you. I think 87-88. I wasn't too disappointed because 90 should pretty much be the cut.

For my type A free agent, if they get signed by a team with the 14th pick and the 22nd pick but the 22nd is a type D, do I get the 22nd pick?

No, you get the "natural" pick. You'll get a 2nd rounder.

What would you do with a guy like this in his last year of arb.

wanted $12 for one year or $8.5 long term. Good player but $8.5 is a lot. I gave it to him but I am full of the regret. Won't get a pick if I release him. Should I have tried to trade?

I hate those guys. Not a SS/CF and doesn't really have the bat for anywhere but 2B. I'd have arbed him and let him walk in FA. Then get my pick.
