I'm a bit of a RANGE-RACIST!!!! in CF so I'd be reluctant to use Ni in CF. But, if I felt his glove/arm would make up for the 80 range, I'd start with a platoon and use Ni as a utility guy against RH to give him more playing time. Astacio is a OF only(1B of course) so he can't fill that role. Their stats will help you decide who should get the most PT.
