How would you use this guy

I got 21 starts and 115 innings out of him as a starter. Is that the best I can expect?

I don't think you'll get more innings from him.   I think he's good enough to build around so I'd start him.

I do know that.   And it's "poll" not "pole".  Pole is what you smoke.    And, since I can tell how many voted, the percentages and know how I voted, it's not difficult to figure out that I'm the only one who voted "no".
