Since you're 19 games up and all but locked in for a bye, leave him on the DL.  He should get a 2nd recovery cycle.

Team A trades a prospect for a moderately expensive veteran. Team B also sends enough cash to cover the player's salary.

If Team A later trades away that expensive player during the sane season, does it then retain the extra cash to do whatever it wants with?
