This link shows that the "we suck, but we know we suck and now we promise we won't suck any more" approach worked for Domino's Pizza.  And my kids swear the pizza is a lot better...  maybe something similar will happen here.

I noticed mine before the post... I knew it couldn't have been goven without explanation!

I wonder if because I had been riding out a 10-pack, my most recent purchase did not occur within the last 12 months.  That would be a bummer.

That would seem to be an oversight on their part, as buying a 10-pack would mean that you were a committed customer.  Certainly worthy of a "loyalty" credit.

I'd send in a ticket and point that out to them.

Yeah, I have.  We'll see if they deem me loyal enough or not.

i got, and noticed mine first thing this morning. before the mass world chat notification

I sent in a ticket (estimated response time: 3 years), I think the reward should be based on active participation - i can really act as a slap to those that bought 10 packs 13 months ago and have ridden them and credits for the last 12 months.  It isn't so much about the $10 credit as the fact that people that have stuck with the site despite the average 3 year response time on tickets are getting nothing at all while someone who signed up for the first time yesterday gets something.
