HD - 1 GD - 8 HBD - 65

Someone correct me if I'm wrong, but don't they come up the the ballpark ratings based on the average of each play in that park? If that's the case then parks like Target Field and the new Marlins field would not qualify yet. I would argue maybe the new Yankee Stadium wouldn't either, but that's all based on whether I'm right about how they come up with the ratings.
