The vast majority are in bush's quagmire.... Has to be bush's fault.
I don't think anyone blames the President for global terror deaths.

He's conflating the issues. "Should we have left Iraq" is a different question than "what should we do about the rising number of deaths due to terrorism in Iraq, Syria, Pakistan, Afghanistan, Nigeria, etc."

Do you have an answer?
No one is responsible for policing global terrorism. We step in when it is in our best interests to do so, whether those interests are financial, diplomatic, or political.

We don't do it just because terrorism is wrong.
