We do have some private league anti-tanking rules that should be known to potential new owners:

Anti-Tanking Rules:
Back to Back 100 loss seasons
Single 120 loss season
Prospect budget must not exceed ML player spending in any season. (Budget transfers setting prospect budget much higher while not spending on players. )

gmlear you are working hard.

There's a couple teams in Spawn that I think would be of great interest, one team has an absolutely loaded minor league system.  I'd personally like to swtich my team for that one and start dominating from scratch.
