The problem with the "polls skew toward Dems" argument is that it ignores the extent to which Tea Party peeps self-identify as independent, even though they're really a solid Repub voting block.
LOL!
Reality is difficult for Doug.

Really?

So there were not multiple cases of Tea Party candidates losing to Democrats who would have lost to a more central candidate, but the Tea Party stood their ground and picked the best guy, not the winnable guy?

I guess many of us are going to be absolutely gobsmacked by the Romney landslide.
9/27/2012 10:30 AM
Not a landslide.

Just another 2004.

The media predicting a Dem win and the Pub will win by  a narrow margin.

Ask.com, Wiki, and now Facebook. You certainly come up with some stellar references.

Don't forget the American shopping mall.

I know you guys want all information to the public to come from the New York Times and Rober Jensen books.

Some of us like the alternative information sources!

And alternative realities.

If the reality is "Republicans caused the crash and are responsible for everything bad since Obama was elected" I want an alternative.

Don't forget the American shopping mall.
And the fact that you continue to mock a truly American institution like the Mall shows how out of touch you are!

Nope. The reality is that Obama is a HUGE favorite for re-election.

But your sentence is half true. The Republicans bear heavy responsibility for the crash and are partially at fault for everything bad (economically) since Obama was elected. Obama and the Dems get some blame for the continued slow economy and prior to the crash, Democrats weren't exactly beating down the door to get responsible regulation implemented on Wall St.

And of course Gall Stegel repeal was Clinton.
