National popular vote except for New York and California...

Obama 51,830,047 49.7%
Romney 52,352,579 50.3%

So a win becomes a loss. And that is just 2 states. Can I take away Mass and Illinois and a few other states?

Only someone who would dismiss a huge section of the nation as irrelevent because they are conservative would even make that chart?

It isnt a question of racism.

When you take out black women, who like black men voted overwelmingly for Obama, you see a close vote among women.

For some reason anytime we make a rational examination of demograhics you seem to start calling it racism.
Swamp, you were the first person to try and take a demographic group out of the picture to paint a different looking picture...why does it bother you when someone else does it?

What?

Romney was winning last week. He was still winning after the Convention.

There is a small pop now but this will go away.

Obama isnt really going anywhere.
Gold.

Once again a disaster won it for Obama.

In 2008 it was the crash and in 2012 it was the storm.

Good thing he cant run again.

Its true.

The crash secured a major victory.

The storm stoped the romney momentum.

Why does the truth bother Obama supporters?

Not true.

If you look at the polling numbers before and after the hurricane you'll see that Obama was going to win before the hurricane hit.

That is what I said.

Obama started with a huge lead and was losing it.

Romney had momentum.

The storm checked it. Obama got to act Presidential and make people see him solving a problem.

No storm and the Mo might have carried Romney over the top.

Tin foil....keep believing that....Mittmentum is a myth. But believe it if you want. The less self-reflection the Republicans do the better for the Dems electorally. The less self-reflection the Republicans do, the worse for the country as a whole however.

But by all means, keep thinking that there was nothing wrong with the program or the message. Whatever the Repubs do, they should never accept personal responsibility.
