Your player in question had to have been one and done on the HOF ballot. If Pinson was on four ballots, then he is not allowed.

I realize now that I should have been more specific in the league description. I was unaware that the rules were different at any time in the past. I had always thought the rules were if you get >5% of the vote then you are out. I'm going to edit the league description to reflect this.

Did you ever read about the voter that voted for Matt Williams but not Rickey Henderson?  If he isn't justification for completely overhauling the voting process I don't know who is???

Maybe he didn't vote for Rickey because Rickey hadn't actually retired.
