Rolling the second week in January(more or less).  We have 4 that will have to finish pretty strong to make the MWR.   I'll post available teams once known.  

We have a win requirement of 55/125/195/280 in consecutive seasons.   No more cash than salary moving can be included in trade.  Highly competitive.

Requirements:
1. .500 all-time record
2. 1200 HBD games played
3. At least 1 playoff appearance
