To keep people from tanking we have a minimum win rule in place. which states:

Minimum win Requirement. You must win 54 games in a season at the ML level or be required to leave the world.

You must also win 120 games over two seasons or you will be asked to leave as well. If you fail to reach the 120 wins over two seasons you can appeal to the league and be voted on. If 8 owners vote that you be removed then you are out.

There is no appeal for not meeting the 54 win requirement.

AVAILABLE TEAM HAS ITS ISSUES -  Even though the TEAM was in the WS 2 seasons ago IT is fairly close to being a trash heap now (thanks to last yrs manager), will be a project for someone who wants a challenge(9th pick in draft).  (FWIW apparently my team is even closer to being a trash heap since I have the 5th draft slot)
