I would say almost certainly yes.  Starters with stamina in the 60's means that your bullpen is going to pitch a lot of innings.

It also depends on the quality of your pitchers.  DUR/STA by itself only tells you part of the picture.  If you've got crappy pitchers, you're going to get fewer outs from "x" number of pitches thrown than you would from high quality pitchers.

That's fair.  I added "expected" ERAs for you.

Looks like you expect your team ERA to be about 4 which is pretty good.   You won't need another unless you hit a group of beatdowns/extra inning games.   But you will have to actively manage your staff and throw a SP to the wolves to save your BP even now and then.    That said, I'd be more confident if you had a 31/70 in there somewhere.

Yea. I was playing the "call up the 23 year old RP after 20-something games" game, but I haven't had an issue yet, and I see a FA bat that would be useful to platoon against lefties.  And the RP isn't fantastic, he'd just add innings. It's decision time...I'm leaning towards grabbing the FA.

Lot of off days early in the season.    You will have a 17-20 game stretch with no off days.   If you get a handful of beatdowns/extra inning games in there, you might hit a roadblock.   Your best DUR SP is 27 and two are under 20.  That's not a quick turnaround if you need one.    But, of course, "to the wolves" could be a 75(93) fatigue guy taking one for the team and throwing 150.

Thanks.  I'll probably sign the position player and hope for the best.

and ballpark. and defense.

Yea, of course.  Above average D, in Cincy.  But I attempted to incorporate that into the ERAs above.

I didn't go through your pen, but I think you are over estimating your starters performance. A lot of your guys posted good ERA in other parks. Outside of your SP1 who will be anywhere between 2.40-2.90 in that park, I would guess your guys would fall in the mid to high 4.0's at best over the course of a season in that park. I would bet two of your bottom 4 finish in the mid 4, and the other two finish in the low 5's, due to statistical randomness.

Yea, I'm just estimating, I could be wrong.  I would guess I end up closer than you are - my defenses are generally pretty good.  One of the 4 guys has given me a couple seasons with ERAs in the 3s.  We will see.

I would run a 12 pitcher with that 11, and I'd want the 12th pitcher to have good DUR/ST.  If you let them cover the innings they'll pitch fatigued a lot, which in turn will worsen their ERA... I'd promote the pitcher.

You current pitchers pitched about 1400 innings last year...While your team had 1467 innings last season and 1437 the year before...You would need career years as far as innings pitched out of your entire staff (without any injuries/ 47 and 53 health pitchers are a worry) to not need a 12th...

I would want a 12th pitcher.
