Salary-screwed myself. Bench will be thiiiin at a hair under 19250 total.
Initial Impression: Yeah, you definitely salary screwed yourself. Definitely the WRONG Oscar, but since you're spending so much elsewhere, you really don't have a lot of wiggle room. I also think that's the wrong Unseld. Shoulda used the 54% efg oscar and not drafted 2 guards to back up. If you do decide to go with two guys with $10m+ salaries, you really need to draft platoons elsewhere to make the salary work. I really think Horace is a tad overrated (though I have used and won with him)... yeah, he gives you nice efg% & oreb%, but he's only a tier 5 player and only gives you 17% dreb... I think, for 2800 minutes, he's drafted way too high.
Shooting Struggle: Can't go wrong with Kareem as your highest usage guy. He's amazing. Oscar hurts, though, with his average efg% and high usage. He also lessens the positive from Terry. Still, respectable shooting with good enough ast%. Defense is alright but nothing to write home about. Overall I'm gonna give you a wash on the SS simply because kareem is that good.
Possession Battle: You'll get plenty of extra possessions with that high offensive rebounding, but your defensive rebounding seems a bit on the low side to me. This is where a different Unseld would have come into play (or a different small forward). It's not bad, just not strong. Oscar is a turnover machine. Kareem's kinda average. I don't see you forcing a whole lot of turnovers. I think you have enough to be competitive in this facet but not dominant.
Foul Factor: The only weakness of Kareem in my mind is his lack of getting to the line. He looks like he has a lot of FTAs for the season you're using, but it's actually kind of low in terms of fta/poss. Oscar is better, but his numbers are also inflated due to the pace of the era. You don't have a strong inside/outside contrast to create tension in the defense and your main two guys foul a reasonably high amount. I'm saying this is not a good thing for your team.
Conclusion: This isn't your best ODL squad. You might squeak above .500 and into the playoffs, but I doubt it. My gut feeling is that you're looking at a win total in the low 30s. If you can find some way to adjust a bit and switch to the right Oscar & Unseld, then I'd change my mind.
