1. He is being discriminated against because of his values/religion.
I don't buy it. NFL coaches would play Jesus or Satan or me if he thought one of us would win him the most games. I mean, sure, if Jesus and Satan were both on the roster and equally skilled, Jesus would probably get the start everywhere outside of late-70's Oakland...
2. He is good for football. Like him or hate him, he has that "it" factor and brings excitement to the game.
I don't even know what to make of this. Be excited if you want, but we're talking about a meritocracy here. Exciting you doesn't make him a better football player.
3. He is a winner everywhere he goes (except the Jets of course because Rex Ryan is a douche bag)
You mean like in 2011 when he was a sterling 7-4 completing under 50% of his passes and fumbling 14 times?
He did complete 75% of his passes last year...
And those six completions got him to just shy of 48% for his career.
...and rushed for 100 yards in 31 carries in limited action.
I keep reading that he could be a decent fullback.
If you want us Tebow fans to shut up for good, then let him start somewhere and if he does not do well, then we will shut up forever.
Can't we come up with some other compromise, like, you keep whining and we keep not giving a ****?
