I disagree about half-baked, it's 90% baked. I have asked for input wrt the players in each Tier, I think that it's important to get a concensus on this matter. The idea of carrying the 6 undrafted players forward in the draft should be decided by concensus also. It seems to me that most of the league structure is in place, leaving only matters of concensus to iron out.

This idea may work as; picks 1-5 player tiers, then 6-12 max salery tiers. Oh well, maybe I'll scrap this one and just run the decade leagues, as logain so kindly suggest. Single instance and banning 40 years worth of players, seems to have the desired effect anyway.
