Ugh...my draft just went to c---. I'm tied up during the day each of the next three days.

That's where proxies come in handy.

I've been doing these drafts for a long time.  We're almost always drafting ahead of the schedule.  Heck, in my 16x16 league theme, we always get at least one round per day, usually more than one round (i.e., 16-20 picks).

There is no reason why we can't get 12 picks made in 24 hours.  I will be accepting all proxies.  Or if you are worried that I might take your guy, send a proxy to the next 1-2 people scheduled to pick after you pick.

This draft is so unique, you don't even have to list 6-8 choices.  Just give a proxy of a couple of names... Everybody has different strategies, and usually 3-player proxy is enought to get through 6-8 picks.
