Nitpick: in the $80M league should it be .2865 to .2874 and 3.225 to 3.234?
Actually, that's not right either. When you do that, you miss .28741, .28742, .28743, .28744... guys like '61 Brooks Robinson, '63 Elston Howard, etc. Just add more decimals on the max

.2865 to .2874999

80M Question:

Tested the 4 digit search you recommended - 2 different -- one for .287 then .288.  Each came up with less than 35 players to choose from.
Thinking I must be doing something wrong . . . . HELP !!!

You must have another field set to something that you don't realize.

Click this LINK to see what's different from your search.

And just to be clear, you can pick any BATTING AVG you want.  The .287 was just an example.

100M Question

Do the two teams have to be from the same season?

70mm question -

Just to make sure, the 120mm team league in round 2 will also be No DH, correct?

Am I missing something in regards to searching by specific BAs? The only way I can do it is by manually editing the values in the URL at the top of the page. Is that how everyone else is doing it?

Are you using the "advanced" Search Interface?  When you go into search mode, scroll to the very bottom of the page. You will see Player Search Preferences.  Choose the "advanced" search interface.  Click save

When the thread for posting comments and strategies is began, I'll be happy to move this post to that thread as to not clutter up this one.  I just wanted to be the first person on record to say (1) these themes are among the best ever conceived for this tournament, and (2) I HATE RESEARCHING AND BUILDING THAT DAMN $80M TEAM!  I've already wasted half of a day off trying things and I'm no closer to having something than I did yesterday...
