FREE SEASON TO CUP WINNER!

Pretty simple - Choose an exclusive Brother Combination from the NHL; draft any player that played with those brothers. For instance, the Sedin Twins, Sutter Brothers, Staals, Millers... That's it. Oh, except for a few rules:

Most of the brother combos had their best season with low D ratings and SH%s. So, I have tailored the rules according to those stats.

1. No SH% above 20
2. No D rating above 70 (forwards and defensemen)
3. SA% for goalies below 91%
4. Each brother must be equally represented; that means, if you choose the Brotens, then half of your team is made up of players that played with Aaron and the other half Neil. If you choose the Sutters, then the same rule applies. It all must equal out at the end.
5. No Twisting - meaning if you choose Dryden Brothers, then all players from Ken must be Canadien seasons, can't twist Lafleur with Quebec or Ranger seasons.
6. All BROTHERS must play every game, unless injured or suspended; HOWEVER, each brother must have at least 75% games played.

NO WW; NO INJ; NO MLers; NO TRADES; No Clones

CAP: 100M
LEAGUE #: 29471

THE RUB

All Brother Combinations are EXCLUSIVE. Meaning - If I choose the Courtnall brothers, then I cannot choose Gretzky, Bure, Wesley, etc. And vice-versa - no one can draft Russ or Geoff.

There's about thirty at this site:

Lest we forget the Turgeons... Lemieuxs (both sets)... Gretzkys (though Brent sucked)... Prongers... etc.

I have a question re: how to draft.

Say I pick the Kaberle brothers, and decide to use the 05-06 Tomas and the 05-06 Frantisek.

Does that mean I need to:

A) Draft 10 or 11 players from the 05-06 Leafs and the other
10 or 11 players from the 05-06 Hurricanes,

OR

B) can I draft players who played with
them throughout their respective careers?

In Tomas's case, that would mean I could draft anyone from
the 98-99 to the 10-11 Maple Leafs,
the 10-11 Bruins,
the 11-12 Hurricanes,
and the 11-12 to the 12-13 Canadiens*

(* As long as they met the SH% and DEF rating limits.)

"B" is the answer. I have the Miller boys, so I have to balance out 3 players. If Kevin Miller played with four teams, then I have to choose at least 6-8 players from those four teams.

I hope that helps.

I'll join with Marcel and Jean Pronovost.

jsakicno9 i removed your Esposito Brothers from the sign up due to the fact that you have a tendency to pull out of leagues and not follow through. if you would like to join this league, i will start up the league soon and you can enter your team. that would show your commitment to the league. thanks for understanding.

Now that the problem has been removed (before he is able to do it himself), I'll enter with the Turgeon brothers, kiteport.  Always happy to help you fill a league.  And what a fun draft!
