Two question about the 80M league.

Since the drafts are described as independent, I'm guessing that someone being drafted in a different year doesn't take them off the board. Is that right?

Is there a mechanism for ensuring owners don't go over 80 M? In some years there aren't many 200 K players, and it might be hard to tell whether someone will be able to field a legal roster until it is too late.

--> Correct.  Each draft is independant of the others.

-->  That's an excellent question.  New rule: A $1M salary cap penalty will be imposed (per player) for any pick that has to be changed after the draft.

90m - can the 5 players <300k be from the same season as each other?

What will you use to break ties in the 80M league? I mean, if two owners have the same points in round 1, it might matter a lot which division they are in, or where their draft spot is.

In the 100M blacklist league,are all instances of the blacklisted stadiums off the board or only the one you listed? ex. Polo Grounds IV, you have listed the giants version but there is also a yankee version. Could the yankee version be used?

I removed all instances of the stadium. 

the 60 mil league would have been very fun to try at 80mil......at 60 it is somewhat tortuous.

$120m I forgot what ballpark I used. Do you have that list?
