Congrats to St. Mary's. Their consistent greatness makes them the best team I've seen in memory not to get a title – this could be their year.

 

We've also (hopefully) figured out our starting lineup, judging by the last 3 wins. I didn't see us beating Chico away from home, so hopefully we're now doing something right.

St Mary's TX passed Gannon for most Yarnell titles
Longwood won National Championship in seasons 60 & 65 and didn't finish in top two of Yarnell. Beat Yarnell Champ Harding in NC in 60.
Northern Florida won NC in season 49 and finished 3rd in Yarnell.
Harding won NC in season 43 and finished 3rd in Yarnell
Bellarmine is only Yarnell champ to win the national championship, but the Yarnell Runner up has won NC 3 times and third place in Yarnell has won NC 4 times.
Yarnell champ has been National runnerup 7 times.

Chico St was hardluck loser at home. Lost 3 games at home to St Marys, Harding and Longwood by a combined 5 points.

Thanks guys.  I'm very pleased to have won the Yarnell again.  I sure hope bbunch is right and this is the year we finally get over the hump and win the NT in D2 Iba.  My team has been strong for a long time but I just can't seem to put it all together when it matters most.
