I think you have it wrong. I am going to go back and keep running it down when the 1st round is over for all teams. Make it more fun to not know who you are going up against in the other bracket.
THANK YOU FOR THE NICE WORDS. I HAVE SEEN SOME SURPRISES AND GOODIES, AND I HAVE JUST STARTED!

Ahhh ok, that clears it up...thanks.

CHARGERS PUMULATE BROWNS,41-12
In the last couple of games, I have talked about being traditional. It may take another game or two to see if the Chargers live up to they're traditional up-and-down exitingness. Mike Tolbert had 68 rushing yards and 2 TD's, Darren Sproles 68 and 1 TD, Ryan Mathews 56 and a TD.  Phillip Rivers had 13 completions off 17 attemps for  207 yards and a TD. That's a 136.2 passer rating. Bernie Kosar went 9-18 with 110 yards, and a 69.2 passer rating. The Browns never were able to get a run game going. At the half, it was 21-6 Chargers. The Browns never scored a TD in the game. Not much else about this game. I think colonels and I jinxed the good game run...

A suggestion, from someone who has lost a ton of forum posts over the years....now whenever I am going to make a lengthy post, I write it in Word, then cut and paste it into the forum.

How does that help?
Thank's for the suggestion

STEELERS WIN CLOSE ONE IN OT, 12-9
You cannot always have a high scoring game, so you have to make do with what ya got. Barry Foster had 98 rushing yards, Bam Morris had 72. Neil O'Donnell had a statline of 13/28, 145 yards, 62.4 passer rating. Not an amazing show. Eric Green had 77 yards. Darren Perry had 2 interceptions. Greg Lloyd had 2 sacks. Gerald Riggs had 86 rushing yards for the Falcons, John Settle 85. Chris Miller was a disaster. 9/24, 83 yards, 2 Interceptions, and a 13 passer rating isn't exactly a dream game. Gary Anderson had 4/5 field goals for the Steelers, 3 beyond 40, missing the 56 yarder. Greg Davis was 3/3, but none longer than 37. The Falcons had a HUGE 6-3 lead after the half, a 9-3 after the 3rd, but 2 field goals in the 4th for the Steelers tied it up. Atlanta's drive stalled at their own 48 in OT, and the Steelers started from their own 20. It was 3rd and 8 before O'Donnell had 2 passes for 29 yards and 2 first downs. The drive, however, stalled at the Falcon 40, making it 4th and 1. The Steelers chose to kick the field goal. Anderson's 57 yard field goal is.......... GOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOD!!!!!!!! GAME OVER! STEELERS WIN! STEELERS WIN! In conclusion, low scoring game don't have to be boring. LIFE LESSON!

LONG, TODD HAVE AMAZING GAMES AS JETS POUND REDSKINS IN HIGH SCORER, 45-21
So, we go from an exiting low scoring game to a not so exiting high scoring game. Which do you like better? Kevin Long, as promised, had a jaw-dropping game with 106 rushing yards and 3 TD's. He also had 19 receiving yards. Richard Todd had a marvolous game. Yes, 16/24, 217 yards, 3 TD, 134.9 passer rating was accomplished by him. Derek Gaffney had 77 yards and a touchdown, to lead the receiving pack. For the Redskins, Don Bosseler had 76 rushing yards. Eddie LeBaron did not fare as well as Todd, with 5/20 and 131 yards with a TD and 2 intercceptions. His 31.5 passer rating looks dinky. He was replaced by Ralph Guglielmi. He fared much better, as 6/11, 54 yards, a TD, and a 98.3 passer rating. Bill Anderson had 5 catches for 94 yards, Dick James had 1 catch for 46 yards and a TD. Joe Walton had 4 catches for 30 yards and a TD. Tom Braatz had 2 sacks. The Jets had a 21-14 lead after the half, and were behind 14-7 at a point. As you know, they ran away with it in the 2nd half. They scored 38 unanswered, counting the 1st half.

CHIEFS SHUT OUT OILERS, 24-0
So why even bother to watch? That was what people were saying after this game. Charlie Gantt had 128 rushing yards, and Matt Cassel went 11/25 with 126 yards, 2 TD, and an interception. That is a 69.8 passer rating. Tamba Hali had 2 sacks. Mike Richardson had 25 rushing yards and 60 receiving yards. Charley Johnson  went 14//28 with 181 yards, and a 70.7 passer rating. It was 3-0 Chiefs after the half, so it was close. But why even bother watching two teams with a combined record of 10-19-1? You will see lots more of those in this tournament.

O.J DOMINATES IN BUFFALO WIN, 28-7
Um, who is O.J Simpson? Um, you don't know anything about football. He had 115 yards and 3 touchdowns today. Yep. Dennis Shaw did his part, with a 14/24 and 200 yards with a TD, and a 99.3 passer rating day. Marlin Briscoe had 109 yards and a TD. Lamar McHan went 14/23 with 223 yards, a TD, and 2 interceptions, and thus a 71.5 passer rating. The Bills had a 7-0 lead after the half, then O.J. scored 3 straight TD's. So, you read any good books lately? No games goin' on here!
