1998-2013 Random Draw

In 1998 MLB went to 30 Teams. For this league we will use all 30 Teams and the 16 seasons from 1998 to 2013.
 
You will get 2 random draws of 25 to get your 25 players. 1 draw for your teams, 1 draw for your seasons.

In addition to the 30 Teams and 16 seasons there will also be Wild Cards.
The Wild Cards will allow you to pick from any Team or Season within the 1998-2013 parameter.
There is no limit to how many Wild Cards you may get however everyone will get at least 2 Wild Cards.
You may get your Wild Cards as Teams, as Seasons, or both.
If your first draw contains less than 2 I'll redo the draw until you get at least 2.
The #31 is the Wild Card for Teams and the 2014 season will indicate the Wild Card for seasons.
I have shown an example and explained the results in the 3rd post below.

The first draw is #21 with the 2011 season. Using the code from the above post, player 1 comes from the 2011 Oakland A's.
Second draw is #28 with the 2001 season. Player 2 comes from 2001 Tampa Bay.
Third draw is #27 with the 2013 season. Player 3 comes from 2013 St. Louis.

Going down to the sixth draw, it is the 2014 season which indicates it is a Wild Card season with Team #22, the Phillies.
Player 6 would come from the Philles from any season, 1998-2013.

If you go down to the fourth last draw it shows Team #31 which is a Wild Card draw for Teams along with the 1998 season.
This would indicate that player can be from any Team from 1998.

The last draw shows both Wild Card draws for a Team and Season. Thus that player can come from any Team from any season, 1998-2013.
