Not a single team in the top 25 stayed at the same ranking from yesterday. Fascinating, no?
Last Night
Ursinus 54 #5 Susquehanna 62
We had quite the close game last night with both teams battling back and forth the whole way. The visitors were able to score a couple basket at the end of the first half to take a 31-26 lead into the locker room. Susquehanna was able to quickly come back after the break and the lead was swapped a few more times. The home team was able to take control for good at about the six minute mark. Ursinus was leading 51-50 at the time but Susquehanna turned on the defense and held them scoreless for the next four and half minutes, holding on for the 8 point win.

#1 North Carolina Wesleyan (1-0)(nastynick60) at #2 US Merchant Marines (1-0)(lynchmob1414)
Wow, you know it's a hell of a non-conference slate of games when a rematch of last season's national title game doesn't even make the top of the list but it's hard to turn down the top two teams meeting. It's a battle of abbreviated schools with 2 C's visiting 2 M's. lynchmom leads the series between these two 5-1 and his team is favored by a point at home.
Also considered: #5 Susquehanna at #23 Whittier, #15 Millsaps at #9 Wooster, #4 Texas Lutheran at UMass Dartmouth, #7 Trinity at La Grange, and #10 Ozarks at Howard Payne
Sim blowout watch: Wisconsin Eau Claire is a 57 point road dog as they visit #19 Louisiana.
