Draft a team of players who played at least 1 game for that franchise.

Rules:
A)  All players must be twists.  
          -for example, St. Louis, NYR, and LA Kings can use Gretzky's 92-goal season, but Edmonton can't
          -one-franchise players (e.g., Steve Yzerman, Gilbert Perreault, Mario Lemieux, Ken Dryden, etc.) can't be used at all

B)  With 2 exceptions, all of your defencemen must have D-ratings of 50 or less.
              -you may choose to have 2 of your guys exempt from the above rule.  (So Chicago can get a Bobby Orr, etc.)
 

Franchises can be combined along historical lines:

Old Winnipeg Jets, Phoenix Coyotes

Kansas City Scouts, Colorado Rockies, New Jersey Devils   

Old and current Ottawa Senators
Detroit Cougars and Red Wings       

Florida Panthers and Tampa Bay Lightning may be combined
Columbus, Minnesota Wild, and Nashville may be combined
