Why not? I'll know what slot selection I get as soon as the lottery is completed. I would rather be #24 than 4 or 5, and I won't know what my options are until we do the lottery.

It's not like I'm saying let me see what players are off the board before I decide, I just want to know where my slot selection falls, why would any lottery team be forced to decide before we know what priority we have in deciding?

Once you've in the lottery your in. You can't opt out afterwards. What is the use of a lottery then
