Smokey if you are going to seed the “random” draw then I suggest you do it like this:

Conf A
Div 1: 1E, 4W, 5E, 8W, 9E, 12W
Div 2: 2W, 3E, 6W, 7E, 10W, 11E

ConfB
Div 1: 1W, 4E, 5W, 8E, 9W, 12E
Div 2: 2E, 3W, 6E, 7W, 10E, 11W

The above is EXACTLY how a 24-team two conference league with four total divisions would seed out if it were a conference in the NCAA.

Assuming you really did not "seed" the "random" draw then I have a favor to ask:

Write the numbers 1 thru 59 on separate WHITE pieces of paper and draw them out in 11 different sets of 5, then take the four left over numbers and draw one more number from the previous 55 to give us 12 groups of five numbers.

Next write the numbers 1 thru 35 on RED pieces of paper and draw out 12 of them and place them with your previous 12 groups of white paper numbers in the same order as the groups were formed.

Then send me the 12 different sets of numbers.

Within a few days after the above I should be able to afford a plane ticket for you and we can meet in Vegas, just be sure to bring the bucket with you.

If I ever make it to San Diego I'd like to stop over and check out the large clear cylinder from the 1985 NBA draft lottery that David Stern must have given to you. It's pretty cool that you draw our names out of that "bucket".
