I don't think that was a very good trade for either, honestly.  'Heel traded down 40 spots and doesn't even have his first player until pick 42... He's a fantastic owner, though, and will do well with it... I just don't really see the advantage of it from his point of view.

Mailman/Worm is strong... but is it strong enough to not get your third piece till round 5?  Is it strong enough to not even finish your SL before 17 other teams have their full 7 players?

Trade is pretty balanced, all in all.
