48 hours and counting since I made my last pick.

Do you all think I should pick for specsman again?

Yes, and pick someone for his other missed pick.
He may be upset that he got pushed to the end of the draft and fined.

I'm willing to consider letting specsman have his pick back, but I don't really think skipping and fining him is unfair even though he had more than a legitimate reason.  What do we do when we don't know if or when someone will pick?  There has to be a rule in place for that.  I don't even think the rule we have is even all that harsh.  It's just there to basically keep the draft moving.

I really think you should stop the draft and give specsman his full 24 hours like the rules state. You didn't do that this time.

I would also ask him to give some sort of reply as to what he expects going forward if he can't make his picks within a reasonable amount of time. If it is his health that is causing delays then I would think he would gladly have someone else make his picks for him if he can't do it. We just need to know that!

Well, I think he stated pretty clearly that it was his health and even asked that we do pick for him.  That was just 48 hours ago.
