This just happened to me. My argument is that once the game clock says 00:00 the game is over. If they are going to account for tenths of a second then it should at least still say 00:01 or they need to change it to adjust for fractions of a second.. As they can obviously make a huge difference. I haven't been able to find anything that would allow us to know that this was possible before it happening to someone. If a foul occurred with time on the clock it shouldn't say 00:00. The game is over at 00:00 and a foul can't occur
