Has had 5 owners in the past 5 seasons after having the same owner for 25 seasons!!!  This is pretty indicative of Spahn....we have long time owners.  You can check out anytime you want but you can never leave.

There is young talent here but I am not going to blow smoke....this will take some work.  Are you up to the challenge?

Agreed. Great league

This is an original world with really good owners.  I have heard from many owners with good resumes that have joined Spahn say it is the hardest league to win in that they have played in.  If you are ready for a challenge and a good time please check out one of our open teams.

From seasons 13-19 this team won 5 World Series. However, it hasn't made the post season for 8 seasons, and has a losing record for the past 4. That should mean that there are some decent prospects around the system:

SP Manny Mordecai (#9 pick 2 years ago)
Ahmed Hines (#4 pick in last year's draft)
Wilkin Rosario (#11 pick 3 years ago)
and the team will pick 6th in the forthcoming draft.

There are also 2 or 3 good ML players that will either aid you to compete this year, or should be able to net you some good young talent in trade.:

Very stable franchise with same owner last 9 years and only 6 owners in 32 seasons. Previous owner was removed because he did not meet the league's minimum win rule, so lots of high picks in the system and more to come. They have the #1 overall pick in the draft for this upcoming season.

This team is a rebuilding project for owners who like to tear a team down and start over. It does have two bad contracts, but both expire at the end of the season and neither player is completely terrible, so you would get some payroll flexibility after this season (and possibly comp picks).
