yeah I think it is related to total $$ and attention spent prior to this I'd just send a single call, coach call, and sv and then a home visit with no problem. On the flip side in one of my current recruiting cycles I just was able to sign a jc transfer stud (I hope) despite him considering two other "A" programs by offering him a starting spot and lots of hv's.
