Best DIII player ever? Topic

hey dahs, that guy looks familiar lol.

I really can't explain why Korando has performed so well.  I've had a ton of guys with better ratings, but I'm a big fan of "If he performs well with distro, give him more until he doesn't perform well".  I know the A+ IQ helps, but I normally wouldn't have pushed him so much with the ratings he has

Great player. But, IMO not even close to the best D3 player ever. Here's my entry:

Chad Brown - 844 overall
76 ATH
72 SPD
26 REB
80 DEF
8 BLK
76 LP
99 PER
82 BH
75 PAS
87 WE
92 STA
71 DUR
C+ FT

Brown won three national titles. There was another guard that pepwaves had at Millsaps a few years back who was comparable to Brown. Those are the two best I've seen, and I'd take both over Zeyer in a heartbeat. And that's just in Naismith - there are probably more studs out there I never knew about.

Pepwaves has some incredible players in the past 10 seasons can only look at their ratings so far back:

Here is the guy you were thinking of mrg:

Sergio Hernandez

83 Ath
87 Spd
77 Def
47 LP
87 PER
82 BH
82 PAS
91 Sta
B FT

While just coming up short on titles with 2 wins a NT loss and an E8 in his playing time.

Some other studs from just pepwaves millsaps team alone:

Andrew Bunch

55 ath 91 spd 66 def 99 per 79 bh 82 pas 85 sta B FT

Spencer Bryan

84 Ath 43 Spd 70 reb 99 def 60 sb 96 lp 89 sta b- FT

Michael Lucero

90 ath 35 spd 96 reb 84 def 61 sb 47 lp 86 sta D+ FT

Paul Gain

73 ath 15 spd 90 reb 86 def 69 sb 57 lp 94 sta c- FT

And players from Naismith the last few years:

Leo Huff Emory C -jdno

51 ath 48 spd 99 reb 57 def 93 sb 99 lp 63 per 38 bh 23 pas 90 sta C FT

Timothy Ledford SG killbatman

81 ath 82 spd 83 def 54 per 81 bh 48 pas 98 sta B+ ft

Gilbert West PG mfnmyers

93 ath 51 spd 100 def 48 per 61 bh 30 pas 96 sta A- FT

Thats crazy for just Naismith in the past few years.

I can look at other worlds too if people care.

Pretty sure Hause could be in contention for 3PM and 3PA for season and career
