Rules:

(1)  Pick a franchise and draft entire team from that franchise - - years are 1970-2014 only
(2)  Pitchers must have a WHIP of 1.10 or higher and an ERA of 2.50 or higher
(3)  No waiver wire, AAA, clones or trades
(4)  DH is used in both leagues
(5)  Salary cap is 140 million
(6)  You can place your team in either Mile High Stadium or Coors Field
(7)  Once we hit 12 I will start to send out the league number
(8)  Once we fill up I will verify teams (in other words, make sure all teams consist of players from same franchise) and then random realignment - unless we have people with 2 teams in which case I might have to realign manually to get in separate leagues
