If a player is absent at the beginning of the season, it is most likely because they missed the email notification that the world has filled and a new season will be starting shortly.
We want to give these owners a chance to come back to their team before replacing them.
Originally, you said you had an absent owner, which is different than an owner who has not yet logged into the world at the beginning of the season.
We sent a request, asking him to check into the world, failure to respond to this request within a reasonable amount of time is when we will consider replacing them as the owner of that team.
We can choose to disregard any request to replace an absent owner at any time. We are not bound to replacing an owner if we feel there is not the need to do so at that time.
