He can make and recover from 90 pitches every 5th day. But in-game fatigue will make him get drilled in the last two IP of each start... you'll wonder why his ERA is a run and a half or two runs higher than you thought.
I can see using a guy like this as a starter-- PC 45/50, move him around to start him every 3rd day or so. That's 60 starts of about 3 and 2/3 IP per start, or about 200 innings. The tradeoff is that if you use him as a SuA or ClA, 25/35, he'll give you something like 150 IP, with both higher leverage and higher performance (due to less in-game fatigue). You have to decide how hard you want to work to make your rotation fit around him, and whether you need him more in the rotation or the pen.
