$100M: Cutthroat Quick Drafts
There will six divisions, determined by Round 1 order of finish. So teams ranked 1-4 will be in the NL East, teams ranked 21-24 will be in the AL West.
There will be 6 separate drafts, one for each division. Each division will be drafting from a single season (see below for how seasons get selected). The first round's draft order will be from worst seed to best seed. So in the NL East draft, the team seeded #4 gets first pick, #1 picks last in round 1. Each successive round is based on cumulative team salary (lower salary drafts first).
The highest ranked team in each group (i.e., seeds 1, 5, 9, 13, 17, 21) get to pick the season their group is drafting from. AL West goes first (seed #21), then AL Central (seed #17), etc. No two groups will have the same season.
